I had a facial treatment with Amy whilst staying at Kooindah Waters. The facial itself was amazing, especially the head and shoulder massage. The spa was beautiful, luxurious and completely relaxing and I experienced top tier customer service. I would recommend a visit!

I received a gift voucher for my 60th birthday so booked in a 1.5hr massage, full body exfoliation, a facial and spray tan for today. What an experience and wonderful birthday gift!! The day spa is absolutely beautiful...very welcoming, calming and peaceful. Belinda was absolutely amazing - she made me feel comfortable before the treatments and soooo relaxed afterwards. I asked for a firm massage and she delivered :) Would highly recommend and definitely return!

We had such a lovely, pampering day at Wildfire Day Spa. There’s a real touch of elegance throughout, and the staff are knowledgeable, experienced, professional, and genuinely kind. Whitney runs a wonderful spa with excellent treatments and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. I’m also a regular for other services, and it truly is the best around.SG

I had a 1.5hr massage today by therapist Jess. I am used to visiting 5 star facilities and this by far was the best massage I've had and didn't cost as much as the other ones. She did not miss any parts that are usually included and it was so relaxing. I had an express pedicure prior to my massage. They told me please relax and don't worry about my toes. If any paint came off they would fix it up after the massage. I have visited here before with the prior company but definitely felt this spa is a lot nicer and the ambiance and staff were amazing. I will definitely be going back again 😀

Beautiful day spa, so bright & inviting. Spa rooms are clean and well maintained, the energy is very calming & relaxing. Staff go above & beyond to make you feel relaxed & welcome. I had the body scrub, full massage & facial was absolutely amazing highly recommend!

I had my first ever facial today, and Jessica made me feel so comfortable and informed about each process. I went in just to sort some blackheads and left unable to talk properly because the unexpected scalp & hand massages took me elsewhere! Thank you so much Wildfire for a perfect first experience, and it definitely won’t be the last you see of me!

I received a wonderful deep tissue massage with a scalp treatment add-on today from Belinda. She was highly professional, ensured my comfort and tailored the massage to the preferences I filled out in my form. The general vibe and friendliness of the staff I encountered was also amazing. The whole spa has a calming presence. I will definitely be booking another appointment!

I had an appointment today for the Mother Earth massage + Simple Sole pedicure for my birthday with Crystal. I am 36 wks pregnant and I’ve never been so relaxed in my life. The atmosphere was so welcoming and calming and the whole service was amazing. Thank you Crystal! I’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend ✨
